The objective is to invest in Makkah real estate and create a solid income stream by developing and operating high end mixed- use project in Makkah.
This would be achieved by creating a state of the art banquets, Residential Apartments for sale and high end restaurants in Al Awali district to become a destination for the district’s dwellers as well as other districts’ residents for fine dining, Celebration, and residential towers.
The project needs to achieve great attention and provide direct accessibility for Al Awali dwellers as well as people from other areas in Makkah in order to succeed as a high end destination.
